The automat is intended for pouring smooth
liquids and viscous foodstuffs (milk, kefir, cream,
sour cream, yogurt including mild fibre- and piece-like
fillers) into three-ply (polyethylene-paper-polyethylene),
four-ply (polyethylene-paper-aluminium- rolyethylene)
and other Pure-Pak type packets by means of automatic
formation of packets from production workpieces, accurate
proportioning of the product and air-tight sealing by
means of thermocompression welding.
The rotary-type automat differs from the similar ones
in that all operations are made only on the carrousel
without any belt conveyor. This enabled to diminish
the size, simplify the design and increase the reliability
of the automat. The automat mechanisms are mounted on
a rigid welded frame and provide for the accurate positioning
of the operating tools. The frame is coated with corrosion
resistant steel.
The carrousel is actuated by a simple and reliable
electromechanical driving gear, and the other mechanisms—by
pneumocylinders. The pneumatic system and the control
system are manufactured only from high-quality materials.
The mechanisms adjoining the packets are manufactured
from corrosion resistant steel. Their design enables
easy sanitization. The parts directly adjoining the
product are easily dismantled for sanitization and are
made of materials permitted to contact the product.
The automat is equipped with a digital batcher which
encodes each packet. The automat is easily retargeted
for another type of liquid and capacity of the packet.
Easy service and control do not require high qualifications
of the personnel. Efficient antiseptic thermal treatment
of the inner surface of the packet workpiece increases
the shelf life of the product in comparison with the
similar equipment from other manufacturers. The automat
is protected with patents and a certificate of conformance
and sanitary and epidemiological report.
